What is worth measuring?

1. Reach: How many people are seeing your message.

2. Engagement: How people are interacting with your organization and its content.

3. Sentiment: What are people saying about your organization? Is it positive or Negative?

• These three Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focus on what counts and also provide meaningful metrics that allow you to measure improvements over time.
