Brand GuidelinesFinalising my fonts, colour scheme etc.

Font/Size

These are the following fonts and sizes that I will be using for the different sections of my magazine:

Front cover • Cover lines: The Heading is Eras Demi ITC in

size 30 and the subheadings are the same font but in size 20.

• Masthead: Eras Demi ITC in size 128.

Contents page• Heading: Eras Demi ITC in size 72. • Subheading: Eras Demi ITC in size 20. • Description: Book antiqua in size 11. • Band Index: Eras Demi ITC in size 20. • The Bands: Book antiqua in size 11 .

Article page • Main heading: Eras Demi ITC in size 44. • Article: The conversation is Book antiqua in

size 11.• Pull Quotes: Any size (depending on

photograph).

Colour Scheme

Throughout the magazine the following colours are used: Red, white, and black. For this magazine due to the photo there are also hints of blue.

Front cover:• Masthead: This is white but the letter ‘A’ at the

start is red. • Cover lines: They are white for this magazine

but may change colour due to front cover photo.

Contents page:• Heading/Subheading: The letter at the start of

the word is red and the rest is black, (E.g. Contents). For the subheadings there is a red line underneath.

• Band index: The word band index and band names are in black and the numbers are in red.

Article page:• Main heading: The first letter of their name

(and second) will be red and the rest will be black.

• Article: will be in black, with the questions in black.

• Pull quotes: These will either be in black or white, depending on the background they are on.
