Indian-style Breakfast Potatoes

Indian style Breakfast Potatoes which can also work as a Spicy Potato side salad: In a skillet, heat some oil and then add some black mustard seeds. Once they have popped then add finely chopped potatoes and a little of chili powder and turmeric to taste. If you prefer a more sharp, hot taste, then add some black pepper. Finally a little of sea salt as per your preference and dried parsley or cilantro for garnishing your Indian style Spicy Potato side salad.
