C’est quoi l’Aquaponie ?la combinaison de l’aquaculture et de l’hydroponie !

L’aquaculture (élevage de poissons en bassin) est associée à de la culture hydroponique (culture de plantes hors sol où les racines des plantes trempent directement dans de l’eau). L’intérêt de cette pratique vient du fait que les plantes filtres l’eau pour les poissons, les poissons produisent (par leur déjections) des nutriments pour nourrir les plantes et les restes de plantes peuvent servir à nourrir des vers qui nourriront les poissons.
