For Industrial operations, conveyor belt fabrics are fabricated with either rubber PVC or PVG coating for dual protection. These conveyor belts are given the form of either solid conveyor belt or woven conveyor belts depending upon the type and nature of

industrial operation.

For packaging and material handling operations, conveyor belts are designed with lightweight but heavy-duty fabrics to withstand the impact during such operations.

For coal mining operations, conveyor belt fabrics are manufactured to completely resist high temperatures, humidity and moisture, spilling of chemicals, and toxic gases

which might negatively impact the quality of both fabric and belting conveyor.

Features of good quality conveyor belts include the ability to clean easily as in ongoing industrial operations, these conveyor belts become filthy and untidy which might lead

to making expenses on either replacing or repairing conveyors in near future.

and cracks.

Woven conveyor belts are of two types, Solid PVC and Solid PVG. The solid PVC fabric is dipped and coated with PVC paste while solid PVG fabric is dipped and covered with

rubber paste.
