1) The supply of affordable housing by Federal Government may not be coming in fast enough.

2) Selangor state has their own Rumah Selangor Ku initiative. It is good for first time home buyers & bottom 40%. But cost to developer will be transferred to the “non-affordable” houses.

3) Expect mass market residential property to continue to have high demand in the years to come.
