30 – 45 day listing of the properties
Preparation of brochures for direct mail campaign
Placement of signage, including date, time, location, contact information and website
Launch of direct mail and online campaign – 4 to 5 weeks prior to auction date
Placement of newspaper advertisements – 2 to 3 weeks prior to auction date
Sign contract with high bidder. Collect 10% down payment (held in escrow)
