Rosa Chinensis, commonly known as
the China Rose, is a member of the
genus Rosa, native to Southwest China in
Guizhou, Hubei, and Sichuan Provinces.
It is a shrub growing to 1 -2 m. tall.
The leaves are pinnate, with 3 -5 leaflets,
each leaflet 2.5 – 6 cm. long and 1 -3 cm.

spontanea), the flowers have five pink to
red petals. The fruit is a red hip 1 -2 cm.

The name of the residential townhouse and condominium development project is inspired by one
of the world’s renowned schools based in Claremont, California, USA. Founded in October 14,
1925, Claremont Colleges is composed of five undergraduate and two graduate schools,

SALE BEFORE TURNOVER

If the account is 100% (fully) paid, the developer does not allow transfer of rights, since they are fully paid and considered as the unit owner/s.
There is no capital gain tax if the developer sells it to the buyer. Capital gain tax will only apply if the unit owner sells it to other individuals.
