Community• The Alumni Board

will represent the best interests of the Alumni Community including maintaining and building relationships with each other

Collaboration• The Alumni Board

will coordinate collaboration within the Alumni Community and the wider TFM Community and external stakeholders.

Continuing Impact• The Alumni Board

will strive to maintain a culture of continuous engagement with the mission of ending education inequity.

• 50% Alumni attend social gatherings• 80% Alumni satisfied with Alumni Board• At least 3 check-in points (surveys, face-to-face)

Board Meetings• Alumni Stepback – coordinated by Alumni Function, discussed Vision, Mission, Goals• 2 meetings held so far – target is to meet monthly

Social Gatherings• 1st social gathering is during KH’s Open House – did not meet 50% target• 2nd social gathering is today!• 3rd social gathering being planned – need to consider how to get more Alumni to come

Alumni Hour• 1st Alumni Hour will be held later• Target is to have one Alumni Hour during all Leadership Sessions• Next: Find out how to make Alumni Hour relevant and attractive to Alumni

Anyamanthly• 3 Newsletters sent out (many thanks to Suet & Alumni Function)

Alumni Fund• Alumni Fund will be used to fund Alumni Network activities and give back to the mission• Most prominent idea we have so far is scholarship fund• Launch date?

Alumni Lawatan Sambil Belajar

• Planning to have a “learning trip” for all Alumni at the end of the year• Purpose of the trip is to give back + realign ourselves with the mission

Alumni Class Gift• 12 new HP 2520hc 3-in-1 printers bought (total RM 4320), 1 2nd hand printer from Aishah• Printers delivered to all winners via TFM LDOs and staff• 1 faulty printer sent back to supplier and replaced with new one (for Melissa Kong) In progress
