(Possibly) Hard words• Greenhouse gasses -

any of the gases whose absorption of solar radiation is responsible for the greenhouse effect, including carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, and the fluorocarbons.

• Environmental degradation - any change or disturbance to the environment perceived to be deleterious or undesirable.

• Resource depletion - the consumption of a resource faster than it can be replenished.
