How to make changes to

lesson bookings

Use Roadio to make changes to

lesson bookings and inform your pupils instantly

•  Receive and confirm requests for booking changes from your pupils

Welcome To access the booking you want change, tap on the Lessons menu

This displays your booked lessons

This displays your booked lessons

Next, tap on the lesson you want to make changes to

Let’s pick Leo’s lesson

You can now see the lesson details

You can now see the lesson details

Scroll all the way down

Here you will see the Reschedule button

Reschedule allows you to change date, time or location of the lesson

10  Tap here

Tap on New Time to change the time of the lesson

Now you can pick a new date and time for the lesson

Scroll through here to select your new date and time

(You can’t select the date here. This section displays the date & time you have picked below)

Tap Select when you’re finished scrolling

Great! You have just changed your booking time and date The proposed new time/date now appears here

If you want to change pickup location tap New Location

This displays your pupil’s saved pickup locations

Tap Add to add a new location

Type in the pickup address in the search box

Type in the pickup address in the search box Then tap Search to locate the address

Finally, tap Done to save the location

The location is now saved as one of Leo’s locations

Just tap on the location you want to select

The proposed new location now appears here

Tap Done to finish rescheduling the booking

You can now see your proposed changes when you tap on the lesson

(This is what your pupil sees) Leo instantly receives an email and a notification informing him of the lesson changes

Leo also sees your proposed lesson changes in his app

He can now accept your changes from his app

Or instead he can propose a different time or place

You will receive a pop up notification like this as soon as Leo confirms or reschedules the changes you made to the booking

Now when you tap on the lesson, you will see Pupil Confirmed marked as green

Now when you tap on the lesson, you will see Pupil Confirmed marked as green Your pupil has seen and confirmed the changes

Similarly, your pupil can send you a request to make changes to a booking

Just tap Confirm to accept the changes requested by your pupil

Or if you don’t wish to accept the changes scroll down to reschedule the lesson again

Tap here to reschedule again

(This is what your pupil sees) Your pupil will receive your confirmation or proposed changes as an email and a notification
