Thealgorithm significantly penalises websites which use manipulative tactics to rank higher on search engine resultspages. Google Penguin 3.0 was introduced on Friday, October 17th 2014. It rewards websites with high qualitybacklinks and penalises websites ranking high because of low quality backlinks.
