lakeville main street master plan_lakeville, indianaThe community of Lakeville, IN currently uses theheavily traveledtransportationcorridor of U.S.31 as their Main Street. A lack of master planning and zoning for appropriate downtown uses characterized theMain Street. The state of Indiana plans to re-routeU.S. 31 around thesmall communitieslike Lakeville. this would dramaticallycut down on theamount of visitors. ENGINEERING

Through experience as a student and intern working for a fi rm I have developed

my knowledge of project engineering. I have had the opportunity to work

on construction drawings such as, but not limited to, site grading and drainage, stormwater calcuation and

pipe sizing, construction secton details for pavement

and walls, road alignment, layout plans, detail plans,

and planting plans. The experience has taught me

CC MARKETING

As a student I have had the opportunity to work as

the Ball State University Career Center Marketing

Assistant. This experience has given me insight into the creative and forward

thinking required in order to promote a business

or organization and give it the competitive edge. I was able to learn and

offer suggestions in how to set the organization apart

and gain clients. I also organized and managed an

aspect of the social media marketing component which was the Career

Center Facebook fan page.
