To evaluate profile power: Look for following / followers ratio .In this example, Time official profile follows 777 users, but 7.2 millions users follow Time.

Power Tip: look for those 777 and try to figure out why Time chose to follow these accounts

Pinned tweet will always appear at the top of your profile page. Good example for using this option is for
