On your Dashboard,look for Polls & click it

Click on New Poll button

Enter your visitor’s name here

You scroll it down

Click on Set Page Targeting

A pop window will appear

You can add your URL here

Click on Done button

You can text your comments here in a Question form

You can select your branding color here

You can set this, depending on where you want the pop

up will appear on your website

Set this on your desired theme

This how it looks like, if the user using desktop

This is how it looks like, if the user uses Mobile

Set this to Active

Hit the Create Poll

Viola! Your new Poll is created

Now go to your Website to check

Here it is the pop up Poll on Hotjar appears on your

website

You can see numbers of responses if somebody,

visit on your website & drop a message
