An adult male came to clinic for the treatment of fractured coronal structure of teeth .He had pain and difficulty in smiling.

FRACTURED TOOTH STRUCTURE AND REPLACE WITH BASAL

 DENTAL IMPLANT  SUPPORTED PROSTHESIS.

AFTER  IMPLANTATION

An implant had been implanted immediately after extraction of teeth.
