Get started with FOUNDATIONS!

FOUNDATIONS:  for those new to CrossFit, to get familiar and better at the fundamental barbell, body-weight, and cardiovascular movements we perform on a regular basis.  Foundations generally lasts 5-6 sessions.  We emphasize Form and Consistency with the movements, and gradually ramp up the Intensity to the levels found in our group classes.  Think of it as Training Wheels for the beginning CrossFitter, or the beginning exerciser.
