I attended the community gardens every Thursday morning whilst on placement at the Stewart Centre.
It was here that I experienced the effect gardening had on these clients and the joy that it produced.
I observed how gardening engaged the clients both mentally and physically, yet provided them with a sense of relaxation as well.
