Let me tell you a story…

When I first became pregnant… I freaked out and became overwhelmed with the

responsibility of being healthy

And I also was so worried about what I was going to look like after my little boy was born…

was I going to get my body back?… I deeply wanted to be one of those mummies that slipped back into their size 8 skinny jeans

and that be that.

I tried lots of different things back then from shakes, fasts, calorie counting and

going to the gym 4 days a week and even training for a marathon!

However, I always had a mummy tummy.

That belly fat I could never shift.

I was never the most consistent of people. I’d try this new fad and that new product and do something on and off for a month or two but sticking to something was just hard as I was just too busy and sometimes too lazy (yes I will admit it) to prepare and cook everything from scratch.

• But I still wanted it all

It was during this time a good friend of mine introduced me to a product called Juice Plus+.

I had just completed a marathon and had the running bug real bad (which sounds good but has it’s downsides…)

I was quite sceptical at first and didn’t really get the concept of fruits, vegetables and berries in a capsule.

Being open minded and understanding that supplements can really help you to bridge the gap between what you should eat and what you do eat, I was willing to give it a try…

receive this certification.)

And Mummy Shape School was created…

I wanted to create plans and programs for busy mums like me, who want to have it all (lose

weight, feel great, look good with radiant skin, nails and hair) without having to spend hours in
