For comminuted fx of the long bone

For fx of proximal/ distal tibia.

4. Hoffmann’s External Fixator For pelvic affection.Example: Hip dislocation

1. ADSF (Anterior Decompression Spinal Fusion).

Surgical intervention for Pott’s disease.

2. Gibbus Formation Progressive destruction of the anterior spine leading to collapse and kyphosis.Classical sign of Pott’s disease.
