INTRODUCTION
In the world of Milk chocolate confectionery, chocolate truffle is one of its types. They are made with chocolate ganache, center-coated in chocolate, cocoa powder or chopped nuts; basically almonds or hazelnuts.

HISTORY
They are conical or spherical in shape; thus the name „truffle‟ since it derives from the Latin word tuber, which means swelling. They were first originated in France; which were commonly known as French Truffles usually made from fresh cream and chocolate and then rolled into cocoa or nut powder, and later reached London, there are three main varieties of truffles:
• “American truffle” is a chocolate-coated truffle which is shaped like a half-egg, mixture of dark or milk chocolates with butterfat.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take Cream Cheese in large bowl and beat it with an electric mixer. Set the speed of the electric mixer on medium speed until the batter becomes smooth.
2. Now gradually start adding sugar and beat it with the same constant medium speed, continue mixing it till the sugar blends completely with the cream cheese.
3. In the above mixture start adding melted chocolate and vanilla gradually and slowly until the entire batter is mixed will.
