“HEALTHY FOOD RHYMES”

Hey everyone, we're talking about,

What we eat and how do we live,

Good food, healthy, hormone-free,

Grown from ground and bred naturally,

Food that we should eat everyday,

To survive and get energy.

Today's generation likes party food only,

And processed food instantly,

But don't forget that you need fruit and vegetables everyday,

Wholegrains and proteins to be healthy physically,

And vitamins are accessory,

Helping your body work properly.

Vitamin A is for my healthy eyesight you see,

Body's resistance, better memory,

It keeps my healthy skin,

And promotes beauty from within,

Vitamin A, let me introduce,

Can be found in dairy products, lettuce and carrot juice.

Vitamin B its guarantee,

Helps to convert food to energy,

It plays an important role,

In almost every processs in my body and soul,

It comes from any grain,

And is important for my brain,

Vitamin B can be found in grains, rice, wheat, Fish and beef, pork, chicken meat.

Vitamin C gives me my immune system healthy, and is important for my skin,

To feel good and look good and thin,

As it is truth, come on and drink a juice and eat some fruit,

It can be found in kiwi, lemon, strawberries,

Red sweet peppers, oranges, grapefruit and tangerines.

Vitamin D forms bones and healthy eyes and skin,

And gives strong immunity from within,

It can be found in sardines, salmon, tuna, milk and sun,

Let it be your number one.

Vitamin E is for your strong immunity,

It keeps your skin and eyes, nails and hair healthy,

Vitamin E can be found in most vegetables and wholegrains as

Nuts, almonds, spinach, tomato, brocolli,

And pumpkin especially.

There are more vitamins, fibres, pro-

teins, minerals that you need,

And get it from the food you eat,

„ BUT I LIKE CHOCOLATE AND SWEET“

„But I like chocolate and sweet“, don't I hear, come on near,

See food pyramid how to eat healthy,

And stay with good health wealthy,

Eat a lot of food at the base,

And less of food in upper pyramid space,

Avoid junk food with fat, sugar, salt at the top,

It's good way for calories to stop,

Rest and sleep are important for

you,
