The ethnographic interviews and observations for this presentation were conducted primarily along the affluent and developed East coast corridor of China in the cities of Beijing and Nanjing from 2006-2010. It’s no secret...to Chinese... what health experts in the US have been saying will improve our quality of life! Photos and interviews from this fieldwork illustrate several lifestyle practices exemplified among the Chinese that can be modeled and incorporated into our lifestyle in the US.
