The anterior brackets should be at 1.5 to 2.0 mm from the incisal edge of the tooth to the edge of the bonding pad, canines at 2.5 to 3.0 mm. They should be orientated correctly with the long axis of the tooth. The posterior brackets are positioned at the center of the crown. francobruno@me.com
