Problems with the Process

NDIA currently working on changes to the process that will hopefully address these early problems.

VALID is looking forward to greater emphasis on:

• Capacity building strategies (esp. pre-planning) • More time for planning process• Greater flexibility through increased bundling of items• Improved design and accessibility of portal• The community connection functions being picked up

through ILC initiatives• Control of the plan being with the participant
