• Enable communities of all sizes to assess
their attractiveness to related to newcomers
and youth, and benchmark themselves against
comparable communities.

Newcomers” tool was
released.
• It was based on the
Conference Board of
Canada previous work
focussed on cities.

The tool is available free of charge to any municipality and not-for-profit organization in Ontario.
