#Olmedatelier: Octopus Pie Olmeda Orígenes
Ingredients:
• 6 Potatoes • Cooked Octopus ¨Pulpo¨ Olmeda Orígenes • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes • Fleur de Sel Olmeda Orígenes • Forming ring • Smoked Sweet or Spicy Paprika Directions:
1. Cook the potatoes with the Octopus juice until they get soft 2. Smash the potatoes 3. Slice the Octopus´ tentacles 4. In a forming ring, place alternately layers of mashed potatoes and layers of sliced Octopus. 5. Season with extra virgin olive oil, smoked sweet or spicy paprika and the fleur de sel.
