How To Preserve Peas
Ingredients
• Fresh Peas: 1 kg• Sugar: ½ tsp• Salt: ½ tsp
Get fresh young peas
Shell the peas
Boil them in an inch of water with salt and sugar
Cook for 5 minutes and then drain the water and spread the peas
Once the peas are a little dry, store in Ziploc bags and freeze them
