Americans spend billions each year on that boxed mac and cheese with artificial cheese.
But, would you like a homemade mac and cheese that you can make on a hectic workday?
First, boil and cook your choice of noodles for five minutes in boiling water.
Drain the noodles, then combine 1 ½ cups milk, 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk, 3 eggs, ¼
cup butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well!
Add in the cooked noodles, and four cups of cheese. Mix well and scrape the cheese off of
the sides.
Top with parmesan cheese, then cook on high for 30 minutes.
After cooking on high, switch to low for 2-3 hours.
After 2-3 hours, let cool, then serve!
Try this, you will like it, and your family will like it as well!
