Reach recycling rate of 80% of unsorted MSW in the city Taraz.

Extend the life time of the landfill by at least 40 years

Improve environmental quality of the city

Produce green electricity from biodegradable fraction of the MSW

Contribute to increased renewable energy share in Republic of Kazakhstan

Trigger new green industries around MSW facility to make use of extra heat from green power CHP

3 MSW recycling facilityThe facility process unstorted MSW, separate biodegradable waste, metals, plastics, produce power/heat in the process of anaerobic digestion and termolysis of «green» RDF
