Monitor the responsiveness of the flood control projects initiated by the Local Government Officials in the 44 Barangays of Polangui, Albay

Educate Riverside Residence to be floor watch advocate and duty brearer.

Initiate livelihood program related to recycle

HISTORYSince time immemorial, flooding is a

natural phenomenon. But July 27, 2011 Polangui Poblacion experienced mud flood and landslide due to heavy rain overnight brought by TYPHOON JUANING. Two casualties , Farm industries decline and damages on infrastructure was noted. The municipality suffered for more or less 3 months with dust and slippery roads and grounds. schools and students suffered too.

  Constituents fear of the situation that history might repeat a disastrous flood.

UNRESPONSIVE Irrigation Project thru the NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION (NIA) Phils. The Irrigation project is worth 5 million unreserving substandard materials and output.Recipeient is MUBIA iNc. a group of farmers.Implemented in 2012-.
