ABSTRACT:

Driving without license is a major issue in many countries. Survey says that the accidents happened mostly by unlicensed drivers.

So, a new system is proposed i.e., FINGER PRINT IDENTIFICATION.

If the finger print stored in the controller & finger print swiped in the device matches, he/she can proceed for ignition and otherwise ignition will not work.

EXISTING SYSTEM: Unlicensed driving is a matter of concern for

several reasons. It is possible that drivers who have not

undergone appropriate training and testing may be deficient in some aspect of knowledge & skills required to drive safely & efficiently.

To avoid this we proposed a new system.

PROPOSED SYSTEM: To start a vehicle, one of the most popular & reliable personal biometric identification is used ie.,Finger print identification. It is used to authenticate whether the driver

is licensed or not. If the driver has the license, then only

vehicle start. Otherwise it’s in ideal mode. It uses IR sensor to check whether the driver

wear the seat belt or not. The vehicle starts after wearing the seat belt only.

The status of the system is displayed on LCD.

The infrared transmitter & receiver are

designed to sense the presence or absence of

partitions such that lighting functions change

to accommodate the appropriate size space.

RELAY: A relay is a device that responds to a

small current or voltage change by activating switches or other devices.

Used to remotely switch signals or power.

Input control usually electrically isolated from output.

Input signal determines whether switch is open or closed

It can be used to prevent the accidents by providing licensed drivers

By using this system no one can drive without license .
