What type of Food I Like ?• - Basically, I eat everything. I love to

eat, it’s one of my hobby and to taste everything in this world is one of my goal in life. I take food tasting seriously, it’s like exploring the world with my own taste buds. So, type of food that I like specifically are:

• 1. Spicy• 2. Tangy• 3. Crispy• 4. More salty rather than sweet

• Meat is one of my favorite food. Of course, it’s very delicious, who doesn’t like a medium-rare filet mignon? Everybody does, but, in choosing which meat should I eat, I kind of picky. For example, I usually prefer lean meat such as ribeye rather than the fatty kobe beef. It’s because I concern about my health. I have genetic hipertension that force me to watch my cholesterol consumption and as you know, meat contains a big amount of cholesterol.

• Beside meat, I love veggies too. In life, everything should be in balance. Too much meat doesn’t mean better health, as well as too much vegetables doesn’t mean healthy either. That’s why I love to eat veggies too, they aren’t bad, in fact they’re good and healthy. I really like to eat broccoli, string beans, asparagus, bok choy, carrot, and brussel sprout.

• Lastly, fruit is important for my health, so I do eat fruit everyday for my fiber and vitamin needs. My favorit fruits are banana, grape, mango, honeydew, and watermelon.

• From page 43 in ‘Eat, Pray, Love’, I got an insight of a woman that always panic before doing something, unorganized, and always make herself busy even she does not. She always complaining, this one and that one, always think that her life is a big problem.
