International Human Rights Treaties ratified by the Tunisian government.

Copies of multiple faxes sent by the Interior Minister to all police stations reminding them of their obligation to respect human rights.

Engagement ( since an early age )Human Rights and good policing should be taught at a young age.

Human Rights training curriculum should be self-created, bottom up and not top down.

CreativityPolice training should be more creative and fun.

Introduce new courses such as Psychology, Nonviolence, Sociology, Conflict Management, etc…

Mechanisms to evaluate the effect of training on police work.

Human Rights training should be tool and not a goal.
