THE PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF THE SEER
THE SEER IS NOT A NEW FUNCTION IN THE BODY OF CHRIST
SEERS FIRST MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE IN I SAMUEL 9:9
BEFORETIME IN ISRAEL WHEN A MAN WENT TO ENQUIRE OF GOD, THUS HE SPAKE, COME AND LET US
GO TO THE SEER: FOR HE THAT IS NOW CALLED A PROPHET WAS BEFORETIME CALLED A SEER.
THE FUNCTIONS OF THE SEER
THEY POSSESS THE ABILITY TO PIERCE THE NATURAL AND SEE INTO THE SUPERNATURAL TO RETRIEVE INSIGHT INTO FUTURE EVENTS
THEY ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET THE RELATIVITY OF PRESENT EVENTS
THEY ALSO CAN INTERPRET AND BRING REVELATION FROM PAST EVENTS
THE PURPOSE OF THEIR VISION IS TO GIVE WISDOM
TO GIVE AID IN DECISION MAKING
TO INCREASE THE VANTAGE POINT OF THE BODY OF CHRIST

THE PREGNANT YEAR (THE YEAR OF COMPENSATION)
THE PROPHETIC SEASONGOD HAS SET ASIDE SPECIFIC SEASONS BY HIS OWN DESIGN.
TO RELEASE TO US UNDERSTANDING AND INSIGHT.
WE ARE NOW IN THE THAT SEASON. THE SEASON OF INTENSE PROPHETIC RELEASE.
VISIONS SHALL INCREASE (EXPECT THAT)
IN OUR LOCAL ASSEMBLIES PROPHETIC MESSAGES SHOULD BE THE MESSAGES OF THE HOUR
SEERS WILL BE SOUGHT OUTFOR WISDOM REGARDING THE HEADLINES

Understanding the Pregnant Year 5774
In order to keep order, there are years built into the Jewish calendar to make necessary adjustmentsThese are called the pregnant years. Sort of like our leap years where we add a day in February to adjust.The Jewish Calendar adds an entire month to make this adjustment…. Here’s Why
This creates a variance which must be adjusted.
The year of compensation!
CompensationTo Counterbalance, To Adjust, To make up the difference in, To Pay as a indemnity
ScientificallyThe improvement of any defect by the excessive development or over action of another structure. To alleviate the deficiency
Why is this important?As seers in this decade give to the Seer we much see everything through this understanding or our vision will be off slightly
We must prophecy according to the season set by God
Wisdom is the principal thing that comes with seeing but in all of our getting get understanding.
Make sure that what you are seeing is filtered with the understanding of what season this is so that you can have clear understanding and perfect interpretation
Periscopic Ability
Periscopic AbilityIs the ability to see above and in all directions
God is giving the Seer the ability to see above normal optic ability in this season.
That means He is increasing their ability to see even further than the prophets and He is giving them a functioning ability to see 360 degrees.
You are going to be able to see ALL THE WAY AROUND.
For the purpose of increasing the vantage point for The Body of Christ. God is going to use the SEER in this decade of the SEER to make an impression on the world.
Perfect Interpretation
Because of this increase exposure the requirement for accuracy is great. The Seer must embrace perfect interpretation. The goal in understanding or having perfect interpretation is not to be perfect but to properly and accurately understand what is being conveyed.
Perfect InterpretationPerfect Interpretation speaks to the Holy Spirits intrinsic nature to reveal truth.
• John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
• John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
• John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come
