Plants give us food grains, vegetables, flowers and fruits.

ALL LIVING THINGS GET FOOD FROM THE ENVIRONMENT

ARBOREAL ANIMALS

Animals which live and grow on trees are called Arboreal.

WE HAVE THREE SEASONS

Winter

Summer

Rainy

SUMMER

We wear cotton clothes We drink plenty of water and enjoy fruit juices

We get Mangoes, water melon and Cashew nuts.

CHANGE IN TREES IN WINTER

Many trees shed their leaves in winter which we called ‘Pangal’

In the end of winter Mango trees start blossoming which we called ‘Mohur’

CHANGE IN ANIMALS IN WINTER

Furry animals become thicker in winter to keep them warm

Eg. Rabbit, Sheep

We wear warm woollen clothes

TREES IN RAINY SEASON

We get jackfruit, jamuns and karvandas

Rice plantation is done in rainy season

Frogs go under ground for 7-8 months and come back in rainy season.

They make loud noise in rainy season.
