Requirements & Qualifications

University Degree?

Although a degree is not a general requirement

to teach in Morocco the problem you may

encounter is difficulty in obtaining a working

visa.

Of course having a degree will not only

make it easier for you to get a working visa but your rate of pay per hour is likely to be much higher than is

generally paid.

Teaching Certificate

Some private language schools will accept you as

an English teacher but these schools pay very little and often will not provide an employment

contract.To work in the

better paid schools will

require you to have at least a

TEFL, TESOL or CELTA
