INTRODUCTION Urban planning is process concerned with

the control of the use of land and design of the urban environment, including transportation networks, to guide and ensure the orderly development of settlements and communities.

A sustainable society meets the needs of the present without sacrificing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Assigned to design and plan the town of Kajang, Selangor. Kajang, is a town in the eastern part of Selangor, Malaysia. It is the district capital of Hulu Langat. The current locational gravity of growth in Kajang would be Sungai Chua. Kajang is governed by the Majlis Perbandaran Kajang
