school to the Ministry of Education for administration and policy implementation purposes.

2) Educational Resources• Using computer communication to link the school’s databases to central

resource databases to regulate and organise educational resources.

3) External Resources• Using computer communication to link the school to external constituencies like network resources.

4) Facilities• Using computer communication to link the school’s databases to plan

facility scheduling, maintenance and inventory.
