Naming Sharm el-Sheikh city, and you might like to know the word sharm means “bay” and El Sheik means “wise old man” and it called "City of Peace", one of the most beautiful four cities in the world according to the classification of the BBC in 2005 .with it’s unique location on the Red sea coast, the epicenter of attracting a banner for many sectors of tourists due to its climate mild most of the year, and the purity of its beaches sprawling, also has a great number of villages and tourist hotels in Egypt.
Location
• Sharm el-Sheikh is a city situated on the southern tip of the Sinai peninsula, in South Egypt, on the coastal strip along the red sea
population
Its population is approximately 35,000 as of 2008, are estimated to reach about 132
thousand inhabitants in 2017.

a 12-tribe ranges enumerate all of them among the 500 people and 12 thousand people, and the focus of the tribes in the coastal areas in the north and in the areas in the east of the canal and the Gulf of Suez, the most famous tribes of Sharm el-Sheikh is Sawarka and Rahilat and Arabs Katia and Mesaieed and wear and tear. Most notably in the center of Sharm el-Sheikh is the Tarabin and Alababdp and Cioat and Tiyaha bedouin and Huwaitat and Sawalha and eagles, while in the south, the most important tribes are Aljebalih decorated and Alaliqat and Alaqrarhh and Alibdarh and Ataiwarh (people of Tur)

Skiing
•skiing is also one of the sports that are practiced in Sharm el-Sheikh , due to the water’s purity and abundance of diving centers and water skiing. Sharm el-Sheikh also hosted many international competitions for water skiing.
problems
-Overcrowding: The most prominent manifestation of this city is overcrowding in the ways and means of transportation.
2- Housing: sharm el-sheik city like other cities in Egypt are having trouble in the housing and this is causing Overcrowding.
3- Pollution: Has found that urban areas with high concentrations of many harmful pollutants due to the large number of cars and the concentration of dust suspended in the air sharm city center and crowded areas
sharm El Sheikh is not just your everyday tourist paradise, but considering it's dramatic heart melting scenery that charmed the world it IS a real paradise which you will look upon not as a regular tourist destination but as another type of luxury
