Recipe for Danish bread
Ingredients:
50 gram of yeast 12 dl. of lukewarm water
2 teaspoons of salt 2 spoons of oil
2 spoons of liquid honey approx. 1000 gram flour
How to do:
1. Mix yeast and water
2. Add salt, honey and oil
3. Add flour until the dough is firm and nice and will not stick to your fingers
4. Let the dough rest in bowl for 30 minutes
5. Form the dough into 4 long breads
6. Let the 4 breads rest for another 30 minutes
7. Bake the bread in a 200 degrees warm oven for about 15-20 minutes
