How do we record attendance?

Scoring is based on:

A* = 8 A = 7 B = 6 C = 5

D = 4 E = 3 F = 2 G = 1

For each GCSE grade achieved

Average GCSE Score = Total points Total GCSE’s

Average points score only based on GCSEs

• All examinations are now in May/June.• There are no January exams.• Students studying BTEC’s are continually assessed

throughout the year (some now have exams).• The key to A Level Success = Strong AS results.• Most A Level students start studying 4 subjects

and then drop down to 3 subjects.
