In this session we will walk through the five steps of experimentation spending time on each of the steps: discovery, exploration, playing, learning and loving (or hating). We will focus on technology tools that improve services to our library members, but this session will apply equally for face-to-face interactions as well as virtual interactions.

And they teach: throughout history, before most people could read and write, stories, told by firesides and in village gatherings, were the mechanism by which we handed down laws and values, religions and taboos, knowledge and wisdom.
