Olgierd Kosiba – Editor-in-chief of Migam.pl newspaper, sign language interpreter and teacher President of Sign Language Interpreters and Teachers Association “GEST”. A volunteer at Karkonosze Mountain Assembly of People with Disabilities in Jelenia Góra. A plenipotentiary of the Assembly for sign language courses coordination and recruitment. A member of Deaf People Association in Poznan and Polish Association of the Deaf – Lubusz Branch. He completed training in sign language at „KSS”, „N” and „PSL” levels. The co-author of "Sign Language Lexicon" (Publishing Co. Silentium).

Przemysław Kuśmierek – Originator, CEO and PM of Migam.pl project. Works as IT Project Manager, Certified Project Manager in PRINCE2, PMBOK, CISCO CCNA network engineer, Microsoft administrator with MCSA certificate

Year 2010 I quarter foundations of RKPK SP Z O.O.II-IV quarter – works on online translator system;

Year 2011 I quarter – establishing cooperation with Olgierd Kosiba, Deaf People Association TON, Sign Language Interpreters and Teachers Association “GEST” – the beginning of works on dictionary on www.migam.pl II quarter – dictionary and newspaper are published; III quarter – award at Start Up Fest, contact with external investors; IV quarter – external investors acquired – new partners of the company;

Year 2012 ̵�I quarter – the first award at StartUpHeros, opening offices in Jeleniej Góra and Warsaw, moving the company headquarters to Warsaw / 1.4 RPO and PFRON Projects

Stationary courses with Publiczni.pl portal – several groups in a few Polish cities - among others: NFZ (National Health Fund), PFRON(State Fund for Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities), Polish Ombudsman.

Thanks to cooperation between Migam.pl and iTraff an amazing functionality has been created – displaying translation in sign language on Iphone after taking a photo – it is enough to download a free application from App Store and check these photos .
