Books Capacity/Type:In the Library the books capacity is not so much. There are not available books as require. Although some departmental books are here but these are very old version. The old version of books is not suitable for new syllabus. Besides all student could not get enough books in each semester.

Books Provided process:In the present time a student provide books from the library in bellows way: First a student go to the library and wait randomly. If the student get a chance, then he/she talk to librarian

about the book. The librarian used old/admission roll number for entry. If the book are available then the student get this book. After final exam/ending semester, students give back the

books in the library.

Controlling Identity:For providing books entry the system use old roll number. But sometime the student could not remember his/her roll number. As a result a student can collect books use to another student’s roll number. for this many student fallen in a trouble .

Environment Status:The Environment of KPI library’s is not so well. All the time some sound pollution or noise is occurs. Sometimes student make noise. The sitting decoration is not well and enough.

Library Decoration:Although there are six department but the departmental books are not decorate correctly. There are no any index of the books. Necessary books can not search quickly.

Require Books Capacity/Type:In the Library, there are need more books in different type. Departmental, technological, science, historical and general knowledge’s books are need. The capacity of book will be so much. Provide books for major student.

New Provided process of Books:Now a student should be provide books from the library in bellows way: First a student go to the library and search the books with his

own hand. If the student get the books, he/she will be study there. If the student need the book for long time, he/she will be able

to keep its. If the student keep with the book, he/she need to show

identity card to the librarian. The Librarian should take a entry about the book and student,

then he allowed the book to carry with him.

New Identity Controlling :For controlling identity of a student, the system need to check the student identity card. They should be check the validity of Identity Card.

Probable Environment Status:The Environment of library will be so quiet. Ignore all pollution and noise. Student would be keep quiet and don’t make noise. The sitting capacity will be enlarged.

Library Decoration:Books are decorate in different self as type. After decorate we need to labeling as books type. A book Index is necessary to quick search a book.

Online Accessibility:The current system need a online database to calculate books. Besides the online facility give upgrade news to adding new books in the library.
