JOUST: A MIGHTY MEDIEVAL MUSICALMEADOWVIEW ELEMENTARY – FEBRUARY 28, 2013

The scene is set in front of the castle as the Knights sing and dance.

Dancing around the maypole and noticing that there are two items stuck in the stones… a sword and a musical Boomwhacker!

Only royalty would be able to remove one or both… and the choice by King Arthur is the Boomwhacker! (What did you expect?)

King Arthur says “only Boomwhackers and music, no swords!”

And the Knights start making music

The colorful and zany Jesters are on the scene!

When the French “invade” they come in peace with recorders and work to make beautiful music!

King Arthur was played by Ellie Seyfert and Merlin played by Sophie Hall. The massive castle behind them was placed together by a parent volunteer.
