PROBLEMS OF RESEARCH

o Are the Nitrosodiethylamine and Nitrosodiprophylamin can be analyzed using HS-SDME?

o How the optimation result of speed of squealer, volume of organic phase and time of extraction for HS-SDME applicated to the analysis of NDEA and NDPA?

o Are the HS-SDME can be used for analysis of NDEA and NDPA in sausage?

OBJECTIVE OF RESEARCH

o To analysis of NDEA and NDPA using HS-SDME.

o To determine the optimum for speed of squealer, volume of organic phase and time of extraction for anaysis NDEA and NDPA using HS-SDME.

o To know that the result of optimum parameters can be used for analysis of NDEA and NDPA in sausage.

BENEFIT OF RESEARCH

To produce a new method to the analysis NDEA and NDPA quickly, selective and cheap in sausage.

To know the concentration of nitrosamine in sausage so that we can anticipation for the negative effect from nitrosamine.
