Gluten Free Chocolate Chip

Ingredients

1. Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix

2. 1 egg3. 1Tbsp oil4. ¾ cup milk5. Chocolate chips

( optional)THAN MIX TOGETHER IN BOWL

Pour in Pan

Melt butter in a skilletAnd pour batter then let pancakes sit for about 3 minutes.

Flip

Flip using a spatula and let the other side cook for another 2-3 minutes

Enjoy

Remove from pan and put whatever toppings you desire and ENJOY
