How to change your password in

What to do if you can’t remember your password and/or want to

change it.

If you can’t remember your username or password, click on this blue link

Provide your username or email address and click on “search”

Click on “continue” before checking your email inbox

Go to your email inbox. You should have received an email from Moodle support

Open the email and click on the link to confirm that you have requested a new password

Click on “continue” before checking your email inbox again

Here’s the second email from Moodle support

Copy you username and new password

Go back to Moodle and write your username and new password. Then click on “login”

Now click on “My profile” to change the password for one that you can remember easily

Click on “Change password”

Changing your password

1. Write your current password (the one you received from Moodle Support)2. Type the password you have chosen 3. Repeat your new password. Important: your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one character that is neither a letter nor a number
