OUR MAIN LOCATION

We chose our location as it’s a typical area for a documentary horror that fits the basic codes and conventions of documentary horrors such as: Unknown area away from human activity, dark area with lots of trees for demons to lurk and

ANNOTATING AN IMAGE

Not near civilization, no one can hear the teens scream

Lots of creepy tunnels, places to run but which one will be safe

Lots of bushes, places to try hide or the demon to hide

Lots of trees, things could lurk around

Water connotes purity but the area is not pure at all, these opposites make a bigger scare

OTHER USEFUL LOCATIONS

We also have some fields near by, a few forests and some more tunnels that can be used for small segments of the opening such as when the teens are on their way or to the spot or when its at the peaceful time frame we have clips of us traveling through the other fields and tunnels going towards the area.

CHANGE IN LOCATION

Because of issues with time and people not being able to make journeys because of work and other family maters we decided we will have to use a closer location that still fits the conventions.

THE NEW LOCATION

MORE ON THE LOCATION

This new location Is a lot like the previous and meets the same criteria we needed and as its closer it will give us a lot more filming time making it a lot more practical.
